Description of Ceramic Rubber Pulley Lagging
Ceramic pulley lagging is made of natural rubber sheet embedded with 20mm x 20mm alumina ceramic tiles. The raised diamond pattern on ceramic tiles exhibits high abrasion resistant. Ceramic rubber lining increase the coefficient of friction of conveyor pulley, so the belt slippage are effectively reduced.
The service life of conveyor ceramic rubber coating is 3~5 times longer than rubber lagging. So the maintenance work will be much reduced
