These tiles are mainly composed of high-density alumina or special ceramics, which have excellent wear resistance, high hardness and low friction properties. The level of hardness associated with ceramics is classified according to the Mohs hardness scale of 9°. Rubber hardness on the other hand ranges from 60-65 Shore A. The tensile strength is determined to be ≥15 MPa, and elongation at break is ≥300%.
